For the owner of this tobacconist-newsagent in Privas (07), it was essential to renovate the furniture. High-margin products were not being showcased, vaping development was impossible, and the tobacco shelving was ill-suited to current sales patterns. Our team redesigned the shop layout, placing all high-margin activities (beverages, gifts and vaping) right at the entrance and in front of the tills. The new checkout line now highlights impulse-buy items such as confectionery. Additionally, the new tobacco shelving accommodates products that were previously hidden from customers.
